1. Who we are

Brig SMP (“we”, “us”), operated by Braden Miller, runs this store and the Brig SMP Minecraft server. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the store and how we use it.

2. Information we collect

Your Minecraft username (entered on the store page) so we can deliver items to your account.
Purchase information (item purchased, amount, timestamp).
Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Basic technical data (IP address, browser type) in standard server logs for security and abuse prevention.

3. How we use your information

To deliver purchased items to your in-game account.
To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
To respond to support requests.

4. Third parties

We share data only with the providers needed to run the store: Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), and Upstash (data storage). We do not sell your data.

5. Data retention

Purchase records are kept for as long as required for accounting and legal compliance. You can request deletion of non-essential data at any time.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you by contacting us through our Discord.
