Refund Policy

1. All sales are final
All items sold on the Brig SMP store (operated by Braden Miller) are virtual digital goods delivered instantly to your Minecraft account. Because they cannot be “returned” once delivered, all sales are final and non-refundable.
2. Exceptions
We will consider a refund only in the following cases:
- The item you paid for was not delivered within 24 hours and support is unable to resolve the delivery.
- A duplicate charge occurred due to a technical error on our end.
- A charge was made without the cardholder’s permission (fraud). In this case, please open a support ticket — do not file a chargeback with your bank.
3. How to request a refund
Open a support ticket on the Brig SMP Discord within 7 days of purchase. Include your Minecraft username, the date of purchase, and the order number (check your Stripe email receipt).
4. Chargebacks
Do not file a chargeback with your bank before contacting us. Filing a chargeback after receiving a digital item will result in a permanent ban from the server and forfeiture of all items on the associated account.
5. Rank removal / bans
Items lost due to a rule violation, account ban, or server rule change are not eligible for refund.
