1. Acceptance

By using the Brig SMP store or the Brig SMP Minecraft server (operated by Braden Miller), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the store or server.

2. Not affiliated with Mojang

Brig SMP is an independent community and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

3. Digital goods

All items sold are virtual in-game items (keys, ranks, cosmetics, etc.). They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for currency, and are licensed to your account rather than sold as property.

4. Delivery

Items are delivered to the Minecraft username you provide at checkout. You are responsible for entering the correct username. Items delivered to the wrong account due to an incorrect username are not eligible for refund.

5. Account conduct

You must not use cheats, exploits, chargebacks to recover funds after receiving items, or any behavior that violates our server rules. Violations may result in in-game bans without refund.

6. Chargebacks

Opening a chargeback after receiving digital items will result in a permanent ban from the server and forfeiture of all items on your account.

7. Availability

We make no guarantee of uptime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the store or server at any time without notice. Where reasonably possible we will honor outstanding deliveries.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the store after changes constitutes acceptance.
